Where is Parkway Residence located?
Parkway Residence is in Paragon City, Barki Road, Lahore. It is near DHA, Lahore Airport and Cantonment.
Do you offer long-term monthly rooms?
Yes. Long-term rooms are available for job holders and serious students who want a quieter, secure residence setup.
Do you offer short-stay hotel-style rooms?
Yes. There are currently 2 selected short-stay rooms. Availability is limited and should be confirmed before arrival.
Is cooking allowed?
No. Cooking is not allowed. Shared facilities include a sink, microwave, heating kettle, cold water dispenser and fridge.
What security facilities are available?
The main entrance has facial recognition access. CCTV is installed in internal common areas and outside. Fire alarms and fire extinguishers are also installed.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available for cars and bikes.
How do I book or schedule a visit?
Use the contact page form, WhatsApp button, call-only number, or visit the property. For long stays, a visit/screening is recommended before final confirmation.
Why are rates not fixed on the website?
Rates can depend on room type, availability, duration and stay date. This avoids old rates staying online and creating wrong expectations.
